The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing is the premier independent
authority in training and certifying real estate professionals in the
art of handling exceptional properties.
We exist to help buyers and sellers of high-end homes find quality real
estate professionals who have been uniquely trained to handle upper-tier

The Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation
